Returns & Refunds

All our products are handmade by our skilled artisans & the product goes through various stages of manufacturing. Customer can cancel the order any time before the item is dispatched. Due to over head of logistics if your order is canceled after it has been shipped the fee would be up to 30% of the order value (Based on the situation). We will make every attempt to assist you in the cancellation of your order.

To return any item please fill in the "Return Package" form at customer portal. You will receive a return package reference number, please include that reference number with your returned item. This policy is applicable up to the 10th day of the receipt of the goods.

We use heavy duty packing material which ensures the safety of the product. Package is gone through several tests to check the safety of the product. In case you receive damaged item then we will provide you brand new replacement at free of cost. For minor damages we will work with you to get it restored by local professional artisans at our cost.

Every product contains a manual & Part-list, from which customer can easily assemble and UN-assemble the product. Manual contains the directions to assemble the product. Where part-list contains the list of items contained in the packages.

We manufacture products in accordance with established guidelines & specification created by standard body.

Our each and every item is one of a kind. There may be slight variation in the product you receive because of the natural conditions. We offer 10 months warranty that all the products are accurately described.
